The city sits south of Marietta and includes the southern bridge crossing of Interstate 77 and Williamstown Bridge. The town’s land area has a total of 1.79 square miles and is included in the Parkersburg-Marietta-Vienna metropolitan area. Although relatively small, Williamstown is a gateway community welcoming visitors via bus through the Interstate Highway. Although smaller than Marietta’s neighboring city, Williamstown offers a well-developed community with all the amenities and facilities you would expect from a small town.

Williamstown real estate is comprised primarily of single-family homes lined along suburban streets. These homes are masterfully-planned centered around Williamstown High School. Residential developments stretch to the west next to the manufacturing plant and east next to Interstate-77.
